How would you describe the firmness of the pillow?

We'll let you answer this question! The firmness of each Simba Hybrid™ pillow can be varied depending on personal preference and all you need to do to switch this up is add or remove the Nanocubes - we even give you a handy bag to keep the spare ones in. Suggested fill for preferred comfort levels are: Firm=640g (entire bag) Medium=520g (remove 4-6 handfuls) Low=450g (remove 8-10 handfuls)

Do I need to use a pillowcase?

For hygiene reasons we do recommend using a pillowcase, these will also ensure they'll stay as pristine as the day they arrived. Any standard size in whatever snazzy colour and style you have already will fit any of our pillows just fine. Don't worry, with our Simba Hybrid™ Pillow you'll still get the benefits of our ‘cool-touch’ Stratos™ tech with a cover.

Can I purchase more filling for my pillow?

For perfectly plump pillows every night, give the filling a shake once every two weeks. If you still feel like you need a bit more oomph, we have additional filling available for purchase through our official Amazon store.

Too soft, too high, too hot, too firm… There were a daunting number of potential issues for our sleep engineers to address. But our Nanocube™ technology is designed to help all of that.

Because one of this pillow’s very best qualities is its adjustability. Unlike regular memory foam pillows, it features a knitted, zipped inner bag of tiny foam cubes; they’re squishy so you can’t feel them, but their unique shape allows more airflow than would be possible through a single piece of foam, and you can just take some out to get the height and firmness you want (you can keep them in the storage bag included).

Our cloud-like fill is key to the superb comfort and quality of our pillows and duvets. It consists of soft, polyester fibres gently combed and folded into airy, cushioning layers.

It’s designed to offer excellent shape retention and encourage the flow of fresh air through the pillow, making it an ideal alternative to other synthetic or natural fillers.
