The term “Simba Mattress Guarantees” is used to collectively describe two limited warranties, each a “Simba Mattress Guarantee”, being a limited warranty of 10 years for mattresses other than the cover of that mattress, and a limited warranty of one year for such a mattress' covering as supplied (each a “Simba Mattress Guarantee”).
The Simba Mattress Guarantees apply to Simba mattresses which have been subject to all proper care measures, which have not been subject to any improper handling, and are not otherwise excluded from coverage under the limited warranties, where a prescribed defect or defects impacts the mattress. Please note, trade customers or customers buying mattresses for uses other than domestic, private use are excluded from the Simba Mattress Guarantees.
The methods for claiming, and other eligibility criteria, terms, conditions, exclusions, and defined terms apply to the Simba Mattress Guarantees, and are set out in the Simba Mattress Guarantee Terms.
